In fashion show modelling you would move along a catwalk, walking and turning to display clothes in front of an audience.
In photographic, advertising and commercial modelling you would: pose for photographers in a studio or on location, follow directions from photographers, act or deliver lines in TV commercials.
If you worked as an in-house live model, designers would fit garments onto you in the workshop, and you would show finished clothing to fashion buyers and private customers. You would also often have basic reception and secretarial duties when not modeling.
As a photographic or catwalk model, you would work closely with stylists, hair and make-up artists, producers and directors. You would also spend much of your time going to castings for jobs, keeping in contact with your agency, and looking after your appearance.

I Am Not Pregnant For Phyno-----Rita Edmond Reveals
| Phyno and Rita Edmond have both been alleged to be in an affair. In a new twist to what has been a lingering controversy, indigenous rapper, Phyno, isn't going to be a father, as his alleged girlfriend, Rita Edmond, denies ever meeting him, nor having an affair with him. A report had earlier in January circulated the news media that Rita, a rising singer, was with child for the “Ghost Mode” rapper. Phyno immediately denied all the claims in an interview with Punch, but not so with Rita. Rita was cryptic with her answers, choosing to state that she is in love with an unnamed rapper. This further fuelled the story, with many concluding that the report was true. Now in an interview with Hip TV, Rita states clearly that she has never met Phyno, isn't carrying his child, and more stunning; she isn't pregnant at all! “I’m not pregnant for Phyno and I am not his girlfriend, I have nothing whatsoever to do with Phyno. I don’t even know him one-on-one and I am not pregnant for any man at all”, she said. This has opened the way for more questions to be thrown. Why didn't Rita Edmond deny the story outrightly in January? Was it some ploy to be in the news? Is there an element of truth to the whole affair? |
